What kind of data is available with CleanLink?

Both the web portal and app provide you with valuable real-time data and the status of the cleaning unit.

Via the app, the operator can monitor the cleaning program’s progress and can be notified in case of alarms or other unusual operating events. The app also provides data that allow the operator to plan for service and filter replacement in due time. This reduces the risk of downtime on the unit and increases the efficiency of both cleaning and printing operation.

In the web portal, you can access real-time logs and stay informed about usage, alarms, and maintenance schedule.

How can CleanLink help me to avoid downtime?

By accessing the cleaning and alarm logs, you gain valuable insights into how your machine is being used.

Furthermore, you can also review fundamental maintenance data, which enables you to plan for necessary filter changes and service visits. This information also allows you to monitor whether your schedule is in line with the Flexo Wash guidelines.

Can the machine be remotely controlled via CleanLink?

No. The CleanLink can only view data.

It is not possible to operate or manipulate the unit in any way remotely.

What can Flexo Wash see when my machine is CleanLink'ed?
Our service technicians and software engineers can access can machine data via the web portal and see the same data available. This enables our service team to upon your request remotely troubleshoot and clarify any issues efficiently without needing on-site diagnosis.
How to get my machine CleanLink'ed?

Gradually during 2023, all new machines will be equipped with CleanLink technology already built-in. If you're unsure whether your cleaning unit is CleanLink'ed or not, please contact us for clarification.

If you already own a Flexo Wash unit, you can still enjoy the benefits of CleanLink with a retrofit kit. Simply contact your local Flexo Wash sales agent or our service department for more information.
