Going live with dedicated web pages and bookings systems a few weeks before the start date of our EXPO and seeing the bookings flying in through our system was incredible. “We hope maybe five will book a spot then we will declare it a success”, someone said during the first planning meeting. But there really was an incredible desire to get the exhibition feeling back after a whole year without it and still no exhibitions in sight – in total 50 customers signed up.

A lot of preparations were made to make an immersive studio feeling where our agents and customers got the possibility to go through a unit and see it perform live. With our experts there ready to answer any questions our customer might have.

The support from our agents who has spread the word about our online EXPO has been incredible to feel. Their work was the cause for us having to extend the event with three whole days.

An EXPO like this is unique in our industry and it is a wonder no one has done something similar already, but it takes a crisis to be innovative. The general feedback from our agents was that they were just in awe of how good the whole set-up was and how easy it made their jobs.

The future of FW EXPO
At Flexo Wash we want to expand on the concept and improve the virtual demo experience not just during a worldwide pandemic, but also afterwards with a studio concept so our agents and clients always the have possibility to get a high-class demonstration without flying halfway across the world.
