Choosing the right cleaning solutions is an important key to a more sustainable business

Which liquid to choose very much depends on the ink you use and the press you need to clean. Some liquids are good for cleaning aniloxes, but too aggressive for cleaning plates. Other liquids are good for cleaning plates, but might not be strong enough for cleaning parts.

We have two different lines within our Cleaning solutions: AutoClean and ManuClean. Our AutoClean is designed for automated cleaning systems and is compatible with both Flexo Wash and non-Flexo Wash machines. In addition, we have our ManuClean solution, which is designed for manual cleaning.

1. How do I know which cleaning liquids to use?
You can download our guide "Best Way to Clean Your Press Parts." In this guide, you will find the right cleaning liquid for your needs.
2. Can I use the same liquid for cleaning both anilox, plate & press parts?

Yes, you can use the same liquids for both anilox, plates & press parts, it just depends on which ink type you must clean.

3. Do you have manual cleaners?

Yes, Flexo Wash does sell manual cleaners, we sell manual cleaners for all purposes. We have different cleaning options from our cleaning line ManuClean. You can find our manual cleaners in our webshop, or you can download our ManuClean brochure

4. Are Flexo Wash cleaning liquids environmentally friendly?

Yes, Flexo Wash does have environmental cleaning liquids. Our commitment extends to the development of eco-friendly cleaning products that prioritize the safety of both individuals and the environment.

5. Does Flexo Wash have biodegradable cleaning liquids?

Most of our cleaning liquids are biodegradable and have low toxicity. In our liquid department, CleanSolutions, we strive to develop cleaning solutions with a focus on minimizing environmental and health impacts. 

6. Are your products safe for the food industry?
Yes, some of our cleaning liquids have an ISEGA certificate. We can provide documentation showing their suitability for use in the food industry. Read more about our ISEGA certification.
7. Do Flexo Wash supplies liquids that can be used after long-term calcium build-up in aniloxes cells?

Yes, our Buster A can be used to clean calcium build-up in your anilox cells.

8. Do you supply/sell liquids for ultrasonic cleaning?

Yes, Flexo Wash All types of anilox cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning

9. Do you sell any VOC-free liquids?
Yes, we do sell VOC-free liquids for different press parts & ink types. You are welcome to contact us to hear more about our VOC-free liquids or read more about VOC.
10. Do you sell alu-safe liquids?

We have 11 different alu-safe cleaning liquids for anilox, plate, sleeves & parts washing both automatic cleaning units and manual cleaning.

11. Do you supply/sell cleaning liquids to non-Flexo Wash machines?
Yes, you can buy cleaning liquids for your non-Flexo Wash machine. If you would like help with which cleaning liquid you should buy, contact us.
12. How do I know which cleaning liquid is right for my machine or cleaning needs?

We offer cleaning liquids for automatic- and manual cleaning for Flexo Wash and non Flexo Wash machines.

We have different solutions depending on your needs. We offer test washing in our showroom and develop cleaning liquids according to your needs.
15. Do I need special protective equipment when handling your cleaning liquids?

It depends on which liquid you need to use. In our TDSs or SDSs, you can find the answers to whether the liquid in question must be handled with special protective equipment.

16. How should I store the cleaning liquids to ensure their quality?

You should store the cleaning liquids at room temperature.

17. Are Flexo Wash's cleaning liquids REACH-compliant?
Yes, Flexo Wash’s cleaning liquids are REACH-compliant. We prioritize safety, environmental responsibility, and adherence to EU regulations, ensuring all our products meet the requirements of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals).
